Hon Kho in Quy Nhon, also known as Cu Lao Hon Kho, boasts a fresh, vibrant, and liberating beauty. This is because it remains a pristine, untouched island, located just 5–10 minutes by speedboat from the mainland, surrounded on all sides by crystal-clear seawater. What makes Hon Kho special are its beautiful coral reefs that stretch widely across the area, and with the clear blue waters, you can easily see the seabed even while sitting on the boat.
Tour Itinerary
06:45: Pick-up from your hotel in Quy Nhon city and transfer to Nhon Hai Beach Tourist Area. Upon arrival at Nhon Hai pier, staff will assist guests to change into beachwear and board the speedboat to Hon Kho Beach Resort.
09:00: Free time to explore Hon Kho Island:

Walk across the newly rebuilt bridge winding along the beach.

Participate in thrilling activities (optional, at your own expense): banana boat, parasailing, jet skiing, SUP boarding.

Stroll along the Hon Kho Waterway (visible during low tide on the 1st and 15th of the lunar month).

Snorkel to explore the coral reefs and swim in the clear waters of Hon Kho.
11:45: Return by boat to the restaurant at Nhon Hai pier.
12:00: Enjoy lunch featuring local seafood specialties from Nhon Hai.
13:30: Visit Eo Gio, a pristine beach shaped by wind and waves, forming a spectacular strait with year-round breezes.
15:00: Visit Ngoc Hoa Pagoda, an ideal place for reflection and meditation. Notable for its architecture, it features the tallest twin statues of Guan Yin (Bodhisattva of Compassion) in Vietnam: one statue faces south (main entrance) known as Quan The Am Kiet Tuong, symbolizing blessings for prosperity, while the other faces the sea, known as Quan The Am Nam Hai, considered to bring protection and good fortune to fishermen.
15:30: On the way back, stop at Phuong Mai Sand Dunes for photos. (Currently, the original dunes have been leveled, but guests can take pictures at similar sand dune spots nearby.)
16:30: Return to the original pick-up point in Quy Nhon City.
