CHILDREN’S TOUR PRICE POLICY

  • Children under 3 years old and under 1 meter in height: Free of charge. Families take care of the child’s meals and any entrance fees (if applicable).
    If requiring a separate round-trip sleeper bed: 533,000 VND/child.

  • Children from 4 to 8 years old: Charged 75% of the adult price (including separate sleeper bed, entrance tickets, and full meals).

  • Children from 9 years old and above: Charged 100% of the adult price.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancel 7 days before departure: Free of charge.

  • Cancel 5 days before departure: 20% of tour price.

  • Cancel 3 days before departure: 30% of tour price.

  • Cancel 2 days before departure: 50% of tour price.

  • Cancel 1 day before departure: 75% of tour price.

  • Cancel on the departure day: 100% of tour price.

DAY 1: SAPA TOWN – CAT CAT VILLAGE (LUNCH / DINNER)

06:30 – 07:00: The bus picks you up at the meeting point and departs for Sapa.
13:00 – 13:30: Arrive in Sapa. Guests check in at the hotel, rest, and enjoy a delicious lunch.

Afternoon: The tour guide takes you to visit Cat Cat Village – a charming H’Mong village with simple wooden houses, poetic mountain scenery, and a peaceful atmosphere. Nestled modestly among the untouched mountains and forests, Cat Cat Village has become an ideal stop for travelers seeking fresh air and tranquility after busy days. It is truly the perfect place to relax your soul and reconnect with nature.

After dinner at the hotel, guests are free to explore Sapa Town on their own. Nearby attractions include:

  • Sapa Stone Church

  • Sapa Night Market

Especially on Saturday evenings, the famous “Love Market” takes place right in the town center — where young Dao men and women meet, express affection through traditional activities such as love duet singing, bamboo dancing, playing the leaf instrument, and tug-of-war.

DAY 2: SAPA TOUR – HAM RONG MOUNTAIN – FANSIPAN LEGEND (BREAKFAST / LUNCH / DINNER)

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.

08:00: The guide escorts guests to Fansipan Legend, where you board the modern Fansipan cable car system to begin the journey to conquer the “Roof of Indochina.”
During the cable car ride, you can admire the magnificent panoramic view of Muong Hoa Valley, Hoang Lien National Park, and the majestic Hoang Lien Son mountain range.

The cable car stops at an altitude of 2,800 meters. From here, guests continue ascending to 3,143 meters, officially reaching the summit of Fansipan.

11:30: Return to Sapa Town and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

14:00: Continue visiting Ham Rong Mountain — the best viewpoint to admire Sapa from above. Known as a “heavenly garden,” Ham Rong is home to colorful flowers blooming year-round.
Along the ascent, guests will pass beautiful spots such as:

  • Orchid Garden

  • Heaven’s Gate

  • Cloud Yard

  • Peach Garden

This is an excellent location for sightseeing and photography.

Have dinner at the hotel and enjoy a relaxing evening exploring Sapa by night.

DAY 3: FREE TIME IN SAPA – O QUY HO PASS – MOANA SCENIC AREA (BREAKFAST / LUNCH)

07:00: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Afterward, guests are free to explore Sapa’s attractions such as:

  • O Quy Ho Heaven Gate

  • Moana Scenic Check-in Area

  • Four-season infinity pool

  • Shopping for local specialties and souvenirs.

11:30: Check out and have lunch at the hotel.

13:30 – 14:00: Board the sleeper bus back to Hanoi.
20:00: Arrive in Hanoi city center. End of the 3 days 2 nights Sapa tour.
